By accessing brinsupplements.com and purchasing our products, you 
agree to the following terms.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this site. 
By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Products
BRIN products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to 
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug 
Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before 
use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or 
have a medical condition.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis at the 
frequency you select at checkout. You may pause, modify, or cancel 
your subscription at any time before your next billing date by 
logging into your account or contacting us at 
orders@brinsupplements.com. We do not guarantee that cancellation 
requests received after a renewal has processed will prevent that 
charge, but we will honor our 30-day refund policy.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at 
any time. Subscription prices at time of signup are honored for 
existing subscribers unless otherwise communicated.

Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display products and pricing accurately. 
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of errors.

Intellectual Property
All content on brinsupplements.com — including text, images, 
logos, and design — is the property of ZOVN LLC and may not be 
reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
ZOVN LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or 
consequential damages arising from your use of our products or 
this website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid 
for the order in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, 
United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of 
Laramie County, Wyoming.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site 
after changes constitutes acceptance.
