Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,
excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation
email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and
selected shipping method.
Subscription Orders
Subscription deliveries are processed and shipped automatically
on your renewal date. Processing and shipping timelines are the
same as standard orders.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the
label is created.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at
orders@brinsupplements.com and we'll work with the carrier to
resolve it or replace your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International
shipping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We
are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
provided by the customer.
