30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email orders@brinsupplements.com with your order number and reason
for return. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to
your original payment method.
Opened Products
We accept refund requests on opened products within the 30-day
window. You do not need to return the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7
days of delivery. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no
cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next
scheduled renewal. Cancellations made after a renewal has processed
are eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee if requested
within 30 days of that charge. To cancel, log in to your account
or email hello@brinsupplements.com.
Limitations
Refunds are limited to one per household. We reserve the right to
decline refund requests from accounts with a history of repeated
claims. Gift cards are non-refundable.
